We’re looking at the rules for what happens to care records
Te Rua Mahara o te Kāwanatanga Archives New Zealand needs your feedback on a key piece of mahi (work) as the Crown continues formulating its redress and response to the Abuse in Care Royal Commission of Inquiry findings.
We’re looking at the current rules about:
- how long care records should be kept
- what should happen to them afterwards.
Your responses will help define these rules for care records for the future.
