The Act and the Code have the power to transform the way people are treated in health and disability services. By sharing your thoughts, you can shape how the Act and the Code work for you, your whānau and your communities.
You can make a submission in the following ways:
- Complete our online survey.
- Download the survey and send a completed version to review@hdc.org.nz or PO Box 1791, Auckland, 1140.
- Send us your thoughts with a completed permissions form to the email or postal address above.
You can answer as many questions as you want.
It’s really helpful for you to read the consultation document before making your submission.
Closing date for feedback is 5pm, Wednesday 31st July 2024.
We are also providing opportunities in four regions to meet with groups in person and can make online opportunities available on request. Contact the review team to discuss what might work for your group.
