Power of Attorney – Making Decisions
8th December10:45 am - 12:45 pmFree
Presentation will start at 11am. Course available for all around Aotearoa New Zealand.
This Decision Making session will cover:
– What happens if you can’t make all your own decisions?
– How do you get the people you trust to support you in your decision making? (This is about why doing an EPA is important. This is a legal document.)
– How do you make an Enduring Power of Attorney?
This is an introductory and educational session. It is about the legal documents that people can make now for the future. These documents are important if a person gets a health problem, has an accident or has a disability which could stop them from being able to make all their own decisions. The presenter can only answer general questions.
