COVID–19 Vaccination Clinic/Appointment Information 

If you feel very unwell, please stay home

If you have a bit of a cough or sniffle you can still come appointment/have vaccination, you will need to wear a mask. There will be masks at the venue, if you prefer you can wear your own mask.

Wear something that makes it easy to expose the top of your arm, you can choose which arm you want the vaccination in

If you are able to fill out the consent form please bring it with you.  If you need help, interpreters will be at the venue

We will have interpreters at the venue.

When you arrive please scan or sign in, and use hand sanitiser

One of the team will ask

  • for your name to check you in
  • how you feel
  • for your consent form

An interpreter will be at the venue; please ask if you need help.

You will be asked to take a seat in the waiting area.

When the vaccinator is ready they will also ask

  • how you feel
  • if you agree to be vaccinated

The vaccinator may also give you more information

After you have been vaccinated, you will need to stay for 20 minutes to be sure you don’t have a serious reaction (very rare)
