COVID-19 Update: 12th August

From 12 midday today the Auckland region is at Covid-19 Alert Level 3, and the rest of the country is at Alert Level 2. This situation will remain until at least midnight on Friday August 14th.

People who work at Americold or Finance Now or who are family members of people who work at these businesses must stay home until they are contacted by Ministry of Health contact tracing officials.

If you feel unwell with symptoms of Covid-19, testing stations are at: Auckland, Rotorua, Hamilton, Whangarei, Tauranga, Palmerston Nth, Wellington, Nelson, Hawke’s Bay, Christchurch, Dunedin and Invercargill

All aged care facilities (rest homes) are closed.

Face masks are not compulsory but are recommended. These can be home made or can be bought at Countdown, The Warehouse, chemists and other places.

All businesses and service MUST display QR code for the Covid tracer app, so that public can sign in. Please download the Covid tracer app.
