Healthy and delicious, perfect for breakfast or a yummy pudding!

Ingredients: (for two people)

  • 2 cups of almond milk (or another non-dairy milk of your choice)
  • 1/4 cup plus 3Tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • about 1 tsp turmeric powder (use a little more or less depending on your taste)
  • 6 grinds of black pepper (don’t leave this out – it helps with the absorption of turmeric)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla essence
