National Anthem

Learn the National Anthem in NZSL

Come on and learn our national anthem in all three official New Zealand languages – New Zealand Sign Language, English and Te Reo Maori.

Deaf Aotearoa has created a DVD, in collaboration with native speakers of NZSL, Maori and English from throughout the country as well as sign language linguists from the Deaf community.

The purpose of the DVD is to create a NZSL translation that was true to the meaning behind the Maori and English lyrics.

The DVD is an ideal teaching resource, which will enable all New Zealanders to learn, access and enjoy our national anthem in New Zealand’s three official languages.

The DVD is presented in NZSL with Maori & English subtitles and includes options for including music and lyrics.

To order your copy email communications@deaf.org.nz

The cost of the DVD is $15.00
